Description of Work and Terms of Service

Before you purchase a support ticket, please note the following services that are only supported:

  • Basic Cosmetic Support
    • Tickets can be opened for inquiry or done-for-you cosmetic services such as adding or removing pages, posts, graphical assets (i.e. pictures, documents, pdf), media assets (i.e. videos, audio).
    • Cosmetic services can be attached to the ticket and sent.
    • Not Covered:  No originally written or designed content by Unity Tenth.
  • Basic Technical Support
    • Tickets can be opened for inquires only with basic technical services such as plugin/theme installation, configuration, editing, or removal assistance; website shutdown restoration or uptime/downtime resolution (unless for malware/virus reasons); website speed altering; adding/removing website users; website migration; domain connection; or third-party/social media connections (i.e. Mailchimp, Facebook, Buffer, etc).
    • Screen sharing or video/phone conferencing can be used to resolve tickets.
    • Not Covered:  Unity Tenth will not perform these tasks for you.  Unity Tenth will only coach you through performing the tasks.
    • Not Covered:  Unity Tenth will not contact third-parties or outside vendors/developers on your behalf.  You will be responsible for doing that and completing the ticket if it comes to that.
    • Not Covered:  Malware or virus removal.
  • Basic Consultation Support
    • Tickets can be opened for inquires only with basic consultation services such as internet marketing tips (except for Search Engine Optimization), vendor recommendations, new website user training sessions.
    • Screen sharing or video/phone conferencing can be used to resolve problems.
    • Not Covered:  Unity Tenth will not perform these tasks for you.  Unity Tenth will only coach you through performing the tasks.
    • Not Covered:  Password recovery for hosting or domain registrars.  You will need to talk to the provider.
    • Not Covered:  Search Engine Optimization tips and inquiries.

Here are some more details about how this ticketing system works:

  • Once your purchase your ticket, you can open it up at any time at unitytenth.com/support.  There’s no time limit on when it must be submitted to get resolved.
  • Each “ticket” counts as one question, this includes your replies on the ticket. You are given a free extra ticket that can be used to confirm if the issue has been resolved.  When all of your questions have been used, you may have to purchase another ticket in the marketplace.
  • Questions and support are only limited to what’s stated above. Tickets will automatically be rejected if it asks Unity Tenth to perform any illegal activity.
  • You cannot bypass the ticket process by calling, texting, directly emailing, or visiting in person.  Doing so may 1.) cause your ticket to be delayed in order to take care of other clients who used the proper system and 2.) cause you to be invoiced and required payment in full before the ticket is worked on.
  • If Unity Tenth cannot resolve the ticket and recommends that it be elevated to a third-party (domain registrar, hosting provider, vendor, etc.), you may refer the third-party to Unity Tenth to collaborate on resolving the ticket. Unity Tenth, however, will not initiate contact with the third-party on your behalf.
  • A refund for a purchased ticket can be received if:
    • The ticket does not violate the above terms.
    • If Unity Tenth recommends the ticket to be elevated to a third-party (hosting provider, domain registrar, developer, vendor, etc) and they are also unable to resolve the issue. A transcript between you and the vendor or an actual conversation between Unity Tenth and the vendor must take place and be submitted as proof.
