The hosting provider for UnityTenth.com will be making some updates on Monday, October 28 from 12 A.M. until 4 A.M. which might cause some outages . The outages may keep you from accessing UnityTenth.com and the Growth Center dashboard.
Here’s some things you need to know:
Will this keep me from accessing my website? No. Your personal website will not be affected. Only UnityTenth.com. You can still visit your website and make changes.
How will this affect me? If you are going to the Growth Center Account Dashboard at UnityTenth.com, you may not be able to access it during the times listed above. The Growth Center is where you would go to open support tickets, pay invoices, and check on the progress of your website project. The good news is that these updates will happen when there’s less traffic (and when you’re less likely to be awake). That means that by the time you visit Unity Tenth, everything should be back to normal.
What if something happens and I need to create a support ticket while updates are going on? IF you need to open a support ticket during the upgrades, unless it’s an emergency (i.e. website is shutdown), please wait until after 4 A.M. If you can’t wait, you can use firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com to submit a support ticket. The updates will be occurring outside of the normal business hours, but the issue will be taken care of as soon as possible.
