Greenthumb is the new support service from Unity Tenth. This service will allow your questions to be answered faster and more thoroughly by a dedicated support team. The support service has two types of plans, an extended support plan and a one-time plan.
Extended Support Plans allow you to get ongoing support for your WordPress website if you find yourself asking for more and more help. The plans also come with other enhancements, such as security/vulnerability checks, uptime monitoring, search engine optimization, priority support from dedicated account representatives, and more. One Time Fix Support is great if you just need support for ONE thing. Instead of just paying for an extended plan, you’ll just get one ticket. An expert will work on your issue (as long as it doesn’t take 30 minutes of support time). Also, you’ll only get a limited number of “responses” to resolve your ticket. One time fix tickets are just $49 per ticket and can be purchased here.
