Happy Holiday! Merry Christmas! Happy Thanksgiving! Happy Kwanza! Happy Hanukkah! Happy New Year! And, of course, Happy Birthday (if you’re having one soon)!
The next couple of weeks are a very busy time for families to prepare to spend time with other families. The same can be true here at Unity Tenth. As we prepare for the end of the year, I wanted to lay out the vacation schedule and to give you some tools you can use in case you need some support when it’s not available.
Unity Tenth will be close and not accepting new clients on the following days:
- November 27-29
- December 24-25
On those days, Unity Tenth will not be available for support inquiries or to take on new clients or projects. If you need a new website or a website redesign, you can still fill out the quote form at UnityTenth.com/quote. However, it will be addressed at the next business day.
If you have a support issue, then it will also be addressed on the next business day. You can check out the resources tab at UnityTenth.com for links to do-it-yourself resources available, like WPBeginner.com.
An exception can be made for emergency situations, as defined in the “emergency clause” of the support terms:
An emergency is defined as an issue that can potentially cause great damage or harm to the client, the client’s brand, or the client’s website visitors. Such emergencies include but aren’t limited to: interference to accessing the website properly, misleading or potentially damaging code or scripting language that could cause harm.
In that case, you may submit a ticket or call/text Unity Tenth. However, Unity Tenth may not be readily available to address the situation. Most of you are hosted with Flywheel which has excellent support staff. You can contact them at emergency@getflywheel.com. Also, if they ask you about your domain provider, most of you are registered through GoDaddy. You can access their support line here.
Also, Unity Tenth will have limited support on December 31, New Year’s Eve. This means that Unity Tenth will have shorter business hours, closing at 3:00 P.M. Afterwards, you can use the resources above if you have any issues.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us! Have a wonderful holiday season with your family and may you continue to grow more!
